Deputy Secretary General  Xu Hubin

Xu Hubin, Senior Economist, CPA, CTA.

Mr. Xu started working as a teacher of the Eighth Middle School in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province from 1976 to 1978.

In 1982, majoring in Finance, he graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, one of the institutions directly under the Ministry of Finance People’s Republic of China. He worked in Jiangxi Provincial Finance Bureau from 1982 to 1987. From January 1988, Mr. Xu successively served as Deputy Director of the General Office，Head of the General Office and the Division of the Legal Affairs, Shanghai Finance Bureau and Shanghai Taxation Bureau; Director of the Division of the Construction Financing and the Beijing Office, Director of the Division of Comprehensive Planning and the Beijing Office, Shanghai Finance Bureau and Shanghai Taxation Bureau. Mr. Xu came to CCPIT in October 2004 and held the post of Director General of Finance Department, CCPIT Committee of Assets Administration, and President of Empower Investment (HK) Co.Ltd. in September 2005. He became Director General of Finance Department, CCPIT and President of China Patent Agent (HK) Ltd. in March 2006. Mr. Xu then took office of Deputy Secretary General of CCPIT in September 2006, and served as Director General of Assets Administration Centre, CCPIT. In August 2008, Mr. Xu was appointed as Secretary General of CCPIT and CCOIC.
